After nearly two years of massacres and ethnic cleansing endured by our people in the blessed land ofPalestine and Gaza, at the hands of the occupying Zionist state with absolute support from America, a socalled “Two-State Solution Conference” was held in New York. This international conference co-chaired bySaudi Arabia and France issued resolutions concerning the so-called peaceful settlement of the Palestinianissue and the implementation of the “two-state solution.” The final statement, dubbed the “New YorkDeclaration,” included an agreement to take “concrete steps” that are “time-bound and irreversible”ostensibly to settle the Palestinian issue.Essentially, the crux of the conference's outcome is liquidating the Palestinian cause. Their goal is not tosupport its people, but rather to rid themselves of the inconvenience the issue causes them, the anger it hasstirred around the world, especially within the Ummah, and their fear of their tottering thrones collapsingdue to the horrific crimes they witness. What shook the emotions of the Ummah did not shake them and ifthe blood of children and the scattered limbs of women had moved them, they would have acted from thevery first moment the massacres began.A superficial observer of the conference's resolutions might imagine that the participating countries - majorIslamic nations with mighty armies like Turkey, Egypt, and Indonesia - are sympathetic towards the peopleof Palestine or that the images of the massacres have affected them. However, a closer look at theconference's outcomes reveals that these nations have sided with the occupying entity and their master,America, not deviating an inch from what “Israel” approves of and dreams of. In fact, their emphasis on the“two-state solution” is an explicit endorsement of recognizing the legitimacy of the usurping entity overmore than 80% of Palestine's land, in exchange for establishing a flimsy Palestinian entity on less than 20%of it.

Despite the strength of the Islamic countries surrounding the entity - foremost among them Egypt, Jordan,and Turkey - they did not even dare to denounce the massacres. Instead, they adopted a “neutral” stance thatequates the victim with the executioner and even condemned the victim when they defended themselves.Their resolutions stated, “we reiterated our condemnation of all attacks committed by any party againstcivilians, including all acts of terrorism and indiscriminate attacks, and all attacks against civilian objects,acts of incitement and provocation, and destruction. We recall that taking hostages is prohibited underinternational law.” The conferees did not fail to affirm their commitment to “international law,” the very lawthat legitimized the existence of the Zionist entity, recognized it, and enabled it to seize the land of Palestine.They stated, “we reaffirmed our unwavering support, in accordance with international law and relevantUnited Nations resolutions, for the implementation of the two-state solution, whereby two democraticsovereign states, Palestine and Israel, live side by side in peace and security within secure and recognizedborders based on the 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem.”Not content with that, they also stressed that the anticipated Palestinian state must be “westernized,”meaning a secular state that does not adhere to the divine law, but rather to tyranny. They insisted that it beestablished on the 1967 borders, i.e., on less than 20% of the blessed land. As for Jerusalem, its fate was toconfirm the continuation of the status quo under occupation, under what is called “Hashemitecustodianship.” The statement read, “we called for the preservation of the historical and legal status quo ofthe Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem without change, and stressed the pivotal role of Hashemitecustodianship in this regard, and support the role of the Jordanian Jerusalem Awqaf and Al-Aqsa MosqueAffairs Department.” This is an explicit acknowledgment of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque remainingunder occupation, and indeed a scandalous surrender of them.

The conferees, or rather the conspirators, did not forget to emphasize normalization with the occupying state,which America and “Israel” are striving for with all their might; a normalization that would make the Zionistentity a dominant power in the region, politically, economically, and culturally, plundering Muslim wealth,corrupting our countries, and preventing, with the help of agent rulers, the resurgence and unity of theUmmah under the Islamic Caliphate, which the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم (foretold, and whose capital isJerusalem. Further more, the statement read, “regional integration and the establishment of an independentPalestinian state are intertwined goals, and we agreed to take concrete steps to promote mutual recognition,peaceful coexistence, and cooperation among all countries in the region, provided that these steps are linkedto the irreversible implementation of the two-state solution.”As has been their way for more than eight decades, the Arab regimes and countries surrounding Palestinecontinue to protect the Zionist entity and suppress the uprisings of the Ummah. And here they are today,entrusting the task of protecting the entity to the “Palestinian Authority,” which was originally established tobe its first line of defense from within, while the “frontline states” undertake its protection from outside.They further stated, that the “governance, law enforcement, and security throughout the Palestinianterritories should be exclusively held by the Palestinian Authority, with appropriate international support,and we declared our support for its implementation, including through the necessary disarmament,demobilization, and reintegration process, which should be completed within a mechanism agreed upon withinternational partners and within a specific timeframe.”

Oh Muslims in America! This is what is being plotted for Al-Aqsa, Palestine, and Jerusalem. This will be theresults of the massacres and sacrifices if they are left without real political action stemming from Iman. Yourduty today is to work with the rest of our Ummah to thwart this conspiracy, so that the massacres do not leadto further empowerment of those who incurred Allah's wrath in our lands, but rather produce an Islamicmovement that delivers our voice to the sincere ones in the Muslim armies, so that they rise to support theblessed land. For the issue, as you know, is a military one, not “humanitarian” or “political,” and its solutionis in the hands of the military sons of the Ummah, on whom you spend your provisions, while their weaponsrust in warehouses. We know, as you know, that the current top brass of the military and political leaders arepart of the conspiracy, and no good is expected from them. Therefore, it is obligatory to demand that thepeople of strength and power give support to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the second Rightly GuidedCaliphate upon the Prophetic methodology, so that the rule of the worthless rulers is replaced by a RightlyGuided Caliphate that supports Islam and its people, and supports Palestine and Gaza with a real victory,unlike those palliatives promoted by the corrupt rulers and the scholars of the sultans, who have nothing foryou but token prayers and crocodile tears.
